Refund and Returns Policy
At SunKraft, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Overview
Our Refund and Returns Policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our handcrafted items, certain goods are exempt from being returned, or may require specific conditions. Generally, products that show signs of use, damage not due to our error, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly without prior authorization.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are specific situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email at admin@sunkraft.in to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days (this timeframe may vary depending on your bank or card issuer).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@sunkraft.in.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to defect or damage, please send us an email with clear photos of the issue at admin@sunkraft.in. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item and arrange for a replacement.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team after your return request has been approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking service.
